Gareth has extensive international experience in the development, implementation and management of robust planning and project control systems and is acutely focused on successful project delivery for all project stakeholders.
With over 30 years of experience working on large and complex construction projects, he brings attention to detail, technical competence and the ability to understand the big picture.
Planning and project controls are the basis of all successful projects and he is passionate about ensuring that the best outcomes for all stakeholders are achieved through detailed, accurate and reliable prospective planning combined with structured, relevant and accurate project controls.
Gareth brings detailed knowledge of the issues associated with complex developments across a wide range of industries, having consulted on, managed and delivered projects within the residential, rail, commercial, health and infrastructure markets ranging in value from AU$5 million to AU$6 billion.
Gareth is passionate about knowledge sharing and raising the skills levels within the industry and has developed and delivered planning & project controls training across Australia.
